With over three decades of experience in the health and fitness industry, Susanna is passionate about inspiring active living in a welcoming, community-oriented environment. Her lifelong journey has been centered on helping people connect to their mind, body, and spirit through movement. She believes in empowering individuals to define their own unique paths to wellness, blending professional expertise with a deep commitment to lifelong learning and personal growth. Certified as a yoga and fitness instructor since 1985, Susanna brings a diverse and dynamic skill set to her classes, including yoga (hot yoga and various styles), barre, yoga-Pilates fusion, cycle, resistance training, bootcamp, kickboxing, and dance fusion. She has previously served as Group Fitness Manager and Yoga Co-Manager at Shapes Fitness Centres, where she developed innovative programming, trained instructor teams, and fostered a supportive fitness community. Susanna holds certifications in yoga (200-hour RYT), barre, Pilates, and multiple group fitness disciplines. She is also a certified personal trainer through CANFIT PRO and an evaluator of group fitness leaders through the Manitoba Fitness Council. Her academic background includes a Master's Degree in Education. Her goal is to create an inclusive space where students feel supported, inspired, and motivated to grow both on and off the mat.

Shauna

Shauna brings nearly two decades of experience in health and wellness to her yoga teaching, offering classes that are both mindful and thoughtfully structured. With a background as a Physiotherapy Assistant and now a Registered Massage Therapist, she approaches movement with a strong foundation in anatomy, care, and injury awareness. Certified through a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program, Shauna primarily teaches a fluid vinyasa style, gently blended with restorative elements to support balance, strength, and relaxation. Her classes encourage students to move with awareness, connect to their breath, and find ease within challenge. She also has a deep love for teaching SUP yoga, combining mindful movement with the calming experience of practicing on the water. Outside the studio, Shauna is an outdoor enthusiast and proud boy and dog mom. She feels most at home in nature and draws inspiration from time spent on the water, exploring forest trails, and sharing meaningful moments with her family. Her intention as a teacher is to create a supportive, welcoming environment where students feel cared for and empowered.

Rosie is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher with over a decade of teaching experience and a lifelong devotion to conscious movement. Her approach blends strength, stability, and accessibility, inviting students to move with awareness, clarity, and embodied trust. Her classes focus on intentional sequencing, breath awareness, and sustainable movement that supports both physical strength and mindful presence. Rosie encourages students to listen to their bodies and move in ways that feel empowering and supportive, honoring individual needs and experiences. Committed to continued learning and self-study, Rosie strives to create an inclusive and grounded environment where students feel safe to explore movement, build confidence, and deepen their connection to their bodies both on and off the mat.

Rachel's purpose as a teacher is to support others in finding stillness by reconnecting with their inner self. With nearly 20 years of experience leading yoga, she believes deeply in the healing potential of asana, breathwork, and meditation. Her classes invite students to slow down, turn inward, and cultivate calm and balance. As a Reiki Master, Rachel integrates energetic awareness into her teaching, offering students a space for relaxation, grounding, and emotional support. Her approach encourages a holistic connection between body, mind, and spirit. Rachel is currently studying toward a degree in psychology, with the goal of becoming an Integrated Holistic Psychologist. She aspires to bridge scientific understanding of the mind with spiritual healing practices such as yoga, meditation, and Reiki, creating a compassionate and integrative approach to well-being.

Natalina's teaching philosophy is rooted in connection, joy, and collective growth. She believes movement is a powerful form of expression and healing, and that our world needs more dancing. Her classes are energetic, uplifting, and designed to inspire students to thrive together. With over nine years of teaching experience, Natalina has led cardio fit, dance, and strength training classes, as well as Hatha, yin, and kundalini yoga throughout the region and beyond. Her diverse background allows her to blend rhythm, strength, and mindfulness into classes that support both physical vitality and emotional well-being. Outside the studio, Natalina is a passionate supporter of local organic food and the local economy. She finds grounding and inspiration in nature and loves getting her hands and feet in the soil. Her goal is to foster community, joy, and healing through movement.

Janice is a certified yoga instructor with a strong intention of making yoga accessible and welcoming for every body. She believes yoga should feel supportive rather than intimidating, and her classes are designed to meet students where they are. Janice views yoga as a pathway to balance, inner peace, and self-love, encouraging students to release expectations and move with compassion toward themselves.
