Service Description

Hatha sessions will focus on moving through asanas while connecting with your breath. To help bring balance to the body and mind, increase flexibility and strength, improve balance, reduce stress and find stillness within. Meditation and guided imagery are incorporated to help support deep relaxation leaving you feeling rejuvenated, recharged and in a state of awareness. Each session will vary with different asanas being incorporated. All sessions are suitable for any level of Yogi.
