Service Description

Hot Intro Yoga is a beginner-friendly class in a gently heated room, focused on foundational poses, breath awareness, and a slower pace. Clear instruction, options, and rest are offered throughout to help you feel comfortable and supported while learning to practice safely in the heat. No prior hot yoga experience required. Some yoga experience is helpful but not necessary.
